Key Responsibilities

  • •Build global logistics and warehousing networks to improve operations efficiency and reduce operational costs using data analysis, machine learning, and operation research.
  • •Create supply chain data portraits and knowledge graphs across dimensions like vendors, commodities, place of origin, inventory, and production capacity; establish data-driven control and adjustment methods.
  • •Analyze and act on global e-commerce trends to optimize commodity supplies, forecast commodity demand, recommend vendor stocking, and enhance production capacity.
  • •Develop optimization models and design algorithms to support decision optimization across warehouse layout, inbound/outbound logistics, vehicle routing, and inventory stocking/allocation.
  • •Partner with Operations and R&D teams and communicate with customers to understand business problems, present results, and drive implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in computer/automation/statistics/mathematics/logistics/operations research, with 2+ years of experience in machine learning and data mining.
  • •Coding experience solving LP/IP problems using Gurobi, CPLEX, SCIP, or ORTools, with strong knowledge of Python/Go/Java/C++ and data structures/algorithms.
  • •Machine learning, data analytics, and feature engineering experience and skills.
  • •Self-driven ability to understand underlying e-commerce supply chain logic and adapt to rapid business changes.
  • •Strong communication skills to work with customers, present results, and partner with Operations and R&D teams.
