Key Responsibilities

•Provide a consistent, distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing transactions while uncovering needs
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking
•Support sales by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including serving as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution
