Key Responsibilities

  • •Support model strategy and operations for TikTok Minor Safety across end-to-end model design, optimization, training, and evaluation.
  • •Identify performance gaps and vulnerabilities in models and propose actions to improve model quality.
  • •Participate in the full data production lifecycle, including defining dataset standards and executing model evaluations to ensure high-quality data delivery.
  • •Explore and adopt the latest LLM tools to continuously optimize data production workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • •Research emerging model training methodologies and propose solutions to address weaknesses in training data and improve generalization and coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master degree in computer science, data science, product management, or a related discipline.
  • •Basic understanding or strong interest in large language models (LLMs) and willingness to learn related tools (e.g., basic API usage).
  • •Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and analytical skills; able to identify problems in daily work and propose solutions with guidance.
  • •Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or familiarity with content safety compliance requirements is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience in data analysis or model optimization is preferred.
