Serve as a Principal Enterprise Architect, translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps and architecture artifacts. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business leaders and IT to translate strategic objectives into architecture artifacts such as capability maps, value streams, operating models, and roadmaps.
•Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT strategy, and support portfolio planning by linking initiatives to capabilities and outcomes.
•Establish and govern architectural standards, templates, and governance practices, facilitating architecture reviews and cross-functional workshops to drive alignment and decisions.
•Promote application, integration, and data architecture strategy, including data governance, quality, and security; oversee conceptual, logical, and physical application architecture.
•Lead AI/ML technology adoption across capabilities and manage application retirement and future-state BU portfolio direction, enabling complexity reduction to standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,300 - 231,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree and 16+ years relevant experience, or a graduate degree and 12+ years relevant experience.
•7 to 10 years of experience across at least two IT disciplines (e.g., technical architecture, solution architecture, middleware, information analysis, database or operations).
•Strong understanding of value tracking methodologies and experience developing business cases.
•Business process modeling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and required technologies, including 3rd-party solutions.
