Job Summary

Hands-on Sales Enablement Trainer to level up our sales team by improving actual emails, calls, and cadences. You will analyze calls to identify where deals stall, rewrite copy and sequences, run A/B tests on emails and demos, build outbound cadences, coach reps, and produce video training modules to accelerate ramp and drive measurable revenue improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Sit in live and recorded calls to identify exactly where deals are being lost and capture actionable insights.
•Rewrite copy, scripts, and sequences to improve conversion and prove the new version works.
•A/B test sales emails, call openers, demos, and tactics like personalized video to determine winners and discard losers.
•Build and tune outbound cadences so reps follow up at the right time, on the right channel, with the right message.
•Coach reps one-on-one on real calls and develop an objection-handling playbook for the market, drilled until reflexive.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 29,000 - 35,000 annually

•Write sales copy that converts and can explain why it works.
•Are comfortable on camera and can produce clean training videos without a production team.
