Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively support and advise the team across Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance, staying on top of beauty trends on the sales floor.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the team; onboard new employees and run training courses.
  • •Ensure smooth daily store operations, including inventories, product handling cycle, returns, testers, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • •Oversee daily maintenance (cleanliness, pricing, product refills, tester ordering) and collaborate on visual merchandising, brand updates, and in-store animations.
  • •Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and manage department performance KPIs while ensuring compliance with Sephora audit rules.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in retail and team leadership in a premium or service-oriented environment.
  • •At least 3 years of professional experience in the respective department.
  • •Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
  • •Comfortable with visual merchandising, stock management, and customer service.
