Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct market scans and research to identify, analyze, and vet community partners across social and nonprofit organizations.
  • •Engage partners and maintain relationships to understand community needs and support socioeconomic mobility.
  • •Create presentations and reports to bring market insights to CI&I and other business lines.
  • •Partner with teams to draft proposals for new market investments and manage/evaluate existing Texas community partner relationships and grants.
  • •Drive Texas region reporting and use data/metrics to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and communicate the investment strategy to different audiences.

Salary: USD 87,700 - 100,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in project management, process management, project delivery, or a combination.
  • •At least 1 year of experience managing products or programs within community impact, public affairs, external engagement, or social impact.
  • •At least 1 year of experience leveraging data and metrics to identify problems and assess program effectiveness.
  • •Preferred: PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certification, plus demonstrated ability to use GenAI applications to solve business problems or automate routine processes.
