Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on HVAC units, motors, water pumps, scrubbers, and related facilities equipment.
  • •Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facilities equipment.
  • •Lead compliance with safety standards and support predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
  • •Execute small-scale projects to achieve site operational goals and business objectives.
  • •Perform work requiring lifting of 40–50 lbs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8+ years’ experience in corporate facilities maintenance or an industrial setting, plus an AS/AA degree or other 2-year post–high school education/training/certification in lieu of Associates.
  • •5+ years’ experience as an HVAC Mechanic with strong troubleshooting skills, including pneumatic controls, thermostats, and VAV boxes.
  • •5+ years’ experience servicing and repairing large air/water cooled chillers and associated environmental-control systems, including pump systems, compressed air, vacuum systems, and cooling towers.
  • •5+ years’ experience working with water distribution systems, including pumps and RO systems.
  • •Active California state driver’s license.
