Job Summary

Lead RTX Enterprise Services Facilities HVAC maintenance at a semiconductor wafer fab facility. Ensure reliable operation of building systems by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across HVAC units, motors, water pumps, chillers, and related environmental-control equipment. Install, repair, and maintain mechanical and production support systems, lead safety compliance, and support predictive/preventative maintenance and small-scale project execution while meeting onsite operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on HVAC units, motors, water pumps, scrubbers, and related facilities equipment.
•Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facilities equipment.
•Lead compliance with safety standards and support predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
•Execute small-scale projects to achieve site operational goals and business objectives.
•Perform work requiring lifting of 40–50 lbs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years’ experience in corporate facilities maintenance or an industrial setting, plus an AS/AA degree or other 2-year post–high school education/training/certification in lieu of Associates.
•5+ years’ experience as an HVAC Mechanic with strong troubleshooting skills, including pneumatic controls, thermostats, and VAV boxes.
•5+ years’ experience servicing and repairing large air/water cooled chillers and associated environmental-control systems, including pump systems, compressed air, vacuum systems, and cooling towers.
•5+ years’ experience working with water distribution systems, including pumps and RO systems.
•Active California state driver’s license.
