Data Science & Analytics Technical Lead

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and analytics to turn large volumes of structured and unstructured data into actionable insights for HQ staff, service components, and TSOCs. Build predictive models for customer behavior, churn, and demand forecasting; perform exploratory data analysis; and apply ML algorithms across classification, regression, clustering, NLP, and recommendations. Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven strategies while maintaining TS/SCI clearance.
