Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of major and complex claims and assist with current work volumes.
  • •Support more experienced Adjusters in managing and closing existing claims.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • •Demonstrate strategic and solutions-focused approach to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • •Engage in ongoing growth with senior team members and undertake professional studies as part of career progression.

Key Requirements

  • •A minimum of 5 years of major and complex loss adjusting experience.
  • •ANZIIF or AICLA General Insurance qualifications or equivalent overseas.
  • •Strong ability to establish relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively.
  • •Strong visible market presence and following.
