In-Store Technical Training Representative

Drive the Global Sales Academy in-store by training retail and consumer-facing teams on strategic programs, seasonal product training, and selling/service capability. Organize training materials, ensure AREA and Atticus learning modules are completed with strong engagement, and evaluate training impact using KPIs and learning assessments. Adapt global training content for local needs, support district trainers through store visits, and enable channel partners to build functional capability.
