Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces to FIVE standards.
  • •Support culinary and service teams by supplying clean dishes, glassware, silverware, and required items in a timely manner.
  • •Handle waste and garbage disposal according to established guidelines and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • •Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events to ensure smooth operations and presentation.
  • •Coordinate special requests, anticipate guest needs, and support inventory counts and stock rotation activities.

Salary: AED 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in a similar stewarding role delivering high-quality guest experiences.
  • •A good knowledge of Forbes Standards is an advantage.
  • •Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English (multiple languages preferred).
  • •Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • •Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
