Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead project teams for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering electrical system integration projects, from contract award through commissioning and final handover.
  • •Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and execution strategies; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
  • •Manage project risks, issues, and change requests; ensure compliance with project scope, quality, safety, and contractual obligations.
  • •Coordinate engineering, design, procurement, production, and quality/testing activities related to relay and control panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes, control wiring, and system integration.
  • •Act as primary customer point of contact; chair kickoff/progress/close-out meetings; provide project status reports and oversee communications with customers and key vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • •PMP project management certification is preferred.
  • •10–12 years of experience, including managing EPC/industrial/utility/infrastructure/substation projects.
  • •5–8 years of project management experience in electrical panel manufacturing, especially utilities and oil & gas segments, for electrical power distribution, protection systems, relay & control panels, or LV switchgear projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of relay & control panels, LV switchgear, protection relays, MCC, power distribution systems, electrical system integration, protection coordination, control schematics, IEC standards, and FAT/SAT procedures; proficient with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
