Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment.
  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts and diagnose root causes using tech and data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment/parts and, when required, travel to customer job sites; help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including schematics and diagrams.
  • •High School diploma; trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • •Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements; safety-sensitive role contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen.
