Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to formulate and implement consulting services strategy and organizational capability.
  • •Define and manage a sustainable, profitable consulting practice aligned to overall business strategy; increase business value with key clients and drive pull-through from consultancy engagements.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of a team of consulting professionals and provide direction in complex engagements as a subject matter expert.
  • •Develop and manage processes, policies, and tools for financial, people, marketing, and delivery management to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • •Ensure client delivery against agreed contracts and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve revenue and expense targets while meeting profitability goals and maintaining standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field.
  • •Scaled Agile certification desirable.
  • •Significant experience operationally managing and leading a consulting team.
  • •Significant experience dealing with clients and managing service levels, with strong stakeholder engagement across organizational levels.
  • •Significant project management experience, plus deep knowledge of the IT industry and organizational service offerings.
