Inventory Control Specialist

Oversee inventory levels to keep parts neither too high nor too low across Monster Jam fleet shops and mobile operations. Manage a parts inventory control system, replenishing spent inventory, arranging returns or disposal, and preventing shrinkage. Optimize parts department processes and engage personnel through communication, training, and support. Maintain perpetual and/or annual physical inventory procedures and may supervise, mentor, and support inventory control team members, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
