Serve as a strategic, customer-facing architect helping organizations modernize content operations for the AI era. Key Responsibilities

•Lead business and technical discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, requirements, constraints, risks, and success measures.
•Capture and translate customer needs into solution strategies, recommendations, scoped proposals, and phased roadmaps.
•Create customer-ready presentations, proposals, estimates, and solution narratives that articulate the value of Adobe technology.
•Modernize content operations through Content Supply Chain strategies, AI-enabled workflows, and agentic approaches to experience delivery.
•Advise on architecture approaches, integration patterns, risks, and best practices across enterprise CMS and digital experience environments; partner with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partners.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in consulting, professional services, pre-sales, delivery, or enterprise digital transformation.
•Around 10+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing solutioning, scoping, advisory, or strategic consulting.
•Strong experience with enterprise CMS platforms, with Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
•Experience capturing requirements, defining scope, supporting estimation, and developing proposals or customer-facing recommendations.
•Ability to translate business requirements into solution direction and clearly communicate value to executive and technical stakeholders.
