Key Responsibilities

  • •Own quality engineering and reliability for multiple new product programs as quality and reliability owner.
  • •Proliferate characterization methodology using statistical analytics tools to address HW/process variations.
  • •Drive DfQR, develop and track CRAMS/ERAMS test plans, and validate risk reduction solutions using FMECA and lessons/BKMs.
  • •Evaluate materials, properties, and techniques used in design and manufacturing, and lead Part Qualification Process (PQP) at supplier sites.
  • •Troubleshoot and analyze non-conformance and failure-rate data using statistical quality methods and business analytics; drive 8D/FA and support design reviews/engineering change requests.

Salary: USD 133,500 - 183,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •10+ years of work experience.
  • •Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Reliability, or a related field.
  • •Certified Quality or Reliability Engineer; Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Green Belt).
  • •Semiconductor capital equipment experience and quality/reliability experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
