Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute registration of service orders in ERP/SAP according to set standards.
  • •Plan and execute registration of production orders in ERP/SAP according to set standards.
  • •Invoice completed service orders.
  • •Prepare shipments to the service center and contractors/partners.
  • •Oversee timeliness and quality to support Sonova Poland’s positive reputation among counterparties.

Key Requirements

  • •Medium or higher education in logistics or corporate customer service.
  • •Experience working with multiple ERP systems, including SAP.
  • •Communicative English in speaking and writing.
  • •Strong organization, ability to work under time pressure, and accuracy in meeting quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • •Ability to work in a team and handle basic office equipment and MS Office.
