Job Summary

Lead enterprise-wide talent review, succession planning, and performance management practices for a global, matrixed organization. Partner with the Global Head of Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence to design and continuously improve talent frameworks and tools. Use People Insights and Talent Analytics to translate data into actionable recommendations, and equip leaders with guidance for coaching, feedback, calibration, and talent development. Manage change adoption for new talent and performance processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, deliver, and continuously improve enterprise Talent Review and Succession Planning processes in partnership with the Global Head of Talent Management.
•Continuously improve the Performance Management framework, systems, and tools to align with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
•Enable HR Business Partners and executive leaders with guidance and tools for goal-setting, feedback, calibration, talent assessments, and succession planning.
•Partner with People Insights/HR Analytics and the Talent Analyst to interpret talent and performance data and ensure high-quality, actionable insights.
•Lead global collaboration and change enablement to drive adoption of talent and performance tools, processes, and technology across regions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, or related HR disciplines.
•Proven experience leading Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Performance Management at scale.
•Experience operating in global or matrixed organizations; financial services or other regulated industry experience is preferred.
•Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with credibility with senior leaders.
•Systems-thinking and strong analytical/storytelling skills, with ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
