•Synthesize insights and present findings to senior leadership in a clear, structured way.
•Drive operational and revenue optimization initiatives with cross-functional teams to improve business models, processes, and service delivery.
•Lead elements of annual and quarterly planning processes by aligning teams on goals, KPIs, and execution plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, corporate development, or a related field.
•Experience supporting strategic planning and operating in ambiguity to prioritize and execute with a hands-on mindset.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills to distill complexity into actionable insights.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present to senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across functions.
•Experience in technology, SaaS, payments, or FinTech environments is highly preferred; Hospitality/Travel experience is a strong plus.
