Key Responsibilities

  • •Support underwriting and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities across direct assets, joint ventures, co-investments, and funds.
  • •Perform extensive due diligence, including meeting partners, traveling to properties, and underwriting markets and business plans.
  • •Design and review financial models, run sensitivity analyses, and identify key assumptions, risks, value drivers, and inconsistencies.
  • •Oversee execution of transactions and participate in internal and external client meetings and due diligence sessions.

Key Requirements
