Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop sales team members and conduct performance reviews and evaluations.
  • •Ensure maximum sales performance across multiple locations and establish measurable goals with clear expectations.
  • •Run monthly territory and business trend reviews; identify areas for improvement and future revenue opportunities with profit projections.
  • •Monitor sales metrics including fleet utilization, territory coverage, new account production, rate achievement, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Support job site activities and customer needs, including assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • •At least 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
