Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the end-to-end payroll process and coordinate accurately with the external payroll partner.
  • •Maintain and update employee records, tracking employee movements such as hires, terminations, and contract variations.
  • •Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters, and support compliance with UK labor regulations and company policy.
  • •Lead onboarding and support offboarding, including equipment, documentation, settlements, and employee inquiries related to payslips, tax, and leave.
  • •Administer benefits, support D&I administrative tasks, maintain HR data for metrics and reporting, and assist with annual HR audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
