Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the AI security SME and strategic partner, defining the long-term AI security architecture roadmap and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • •Own the design of secure Generative AI solutions (LLMs) and architecture patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for security applications
  • •Architect and implement AI-powered security tooling to automate threat detection, vulnerability analysis, and data access controls at production scale
  • •Establish governance and processes for secure MLOps pipelines, including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring to meet compliance and security requirements
  • •Lead threat modeling exercises for novel AI systems and mentor senior engineers on secure development practices in the GenAI domain

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production systems with strong Python skills across backend/frontend
  • •Deep expertise in Generative AI techniques including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents/Multi-step Cognitive Processes
  • •Experience owning the full model lifecycle with robust MLOps pipelines; familiarity with Docker, VMs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus
  • •Experience designing, implementing, and fine-tuning custom LLMs; strong NLP fundamentals, transformer architectures, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and data structures
  • •Strong security mindset, threat modeling skills, and ability to mentor engineers on secure development practices
