Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day administration of a full-service banking branch, driving operational accuracy, security compliance, and achievement of branch/region/company objectives. Coach and manage tellers and CSRs, support customer service, and help grow business through promotion of bank products. Oversee audits, staff meetings, performance reviews, hiring/termination recommendations, and key transaction/payment decisions within established limits, including consumer and small business loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and run daily operations for a full-service branch, partnering with management to meet branch, region, and company objectives.
•Coach and lead tellers and CSRs, conduct staff meetings, complete performance reviews, and make hiring/termination recommendations/decisions.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security procedures, audits, and BSA/AML training requirements.
•Oversee retail and operational functions, maintain the ability to back up retail positions, and manage monetary-loss mitigation through sound judgment.
•Promote and grow business by interacting with customers, supporting sales goals, and originating/processing consumer and small business loan products and key payment decisions.

Key Requirements

•Equivalent of four years of high school plus specialized training, along with 3 years of related experience and 1 to 6 months of related management experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Ability to read, analyze, and understand business/company materials and speak effectively before customers and employees.
•Ability to calculate financial figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages, and apply fractions/ratios to practical situations.
•Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions from written, oral, or diagram formats.
•Demonstrated customer focus, relationship building, and ability to set and communicate clear, actionable sales and service goals.
