Job Summary

Provide high-level technical support for complex electro/mechanical, computer, software, and networked or wireless systems by proactively identifying and resolving incidents. Own low-to-high complexity tickets, perform infrastructure checks and monitoring, investigate third-line issues to determine root causes, and escalate to vendors when needed. Ensure assigned client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational while maintaining zero missed SLA conditions and improving operational quality through reviews and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure assigned client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
•Use monitoring tools to respond to alerts and perform necessary checks.
•Identify and log incidents and errors with sufficient detail, and manage tickets across low to high complexity.
•Investigate third-line support calls to identify root causes and escalate issues to 3rd party vendors when needed.
•Provide onsite technical support, conduct monthly reviews of incidents/service requests, and recommend quality improvements.

Key Requirements

•Advanced diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or equivalent work experience).
•Demonstrated work experience in an engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization.
•Demonstrated experience with Managed Services.
•Demonstrated working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Demonstrated experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties.
