Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide world-class customer experience to Lucid clients
  • •Drive customer vehicles and/or loaners, including drop-off/pick-up and runs such as to the Bodyshop and test charging at Electrify America charge stations
  • •Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request
  • •Assist with pre-delivery inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, including helping with check-in when needed
  • •Support technicians with basic repairs and help with other service department tasks like moving/staging vehicles, delivering parts, and washing vehicles

Key Requirements

  • •18 years of age or older
  • •Basic automotive knowledge
  • •Ability to obtain forklift certification post hire
