  • •Lead a team of metrology engineers, technicians, and test asset management focal(s) within MATES.
  • •Provide lab oversight and approval of technical approaches for test asset and metrology services.

  • •Actively manage lab operations using established Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery metrics.
  • •Coach, counsel, mentor, and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance performance and expand capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required) and maintain interim/final Secret post-start.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (or non-US equivalent directly related).
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader/temp manager/cross-functional project/program management) or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •Experience with metrology.
  • •Experience building strong business partner relationships.
