Job Summary

Supervise daily operations in an inspection center reconditioning workflow to help achieve production and quality targets. Manage the safe movement of vehicles in and out of the facility, review and approve mechanical and physical defects, and lead a team of production associates. Coach and develop associates using Quality Control standards, resolve conflicts, monitor adherence to policies and performance standards, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage and develop hourly associates to achieve inspection center production targets.
•Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive improvements.
•Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; lead decisions to repair or reject inventory.
•Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize delays.
•Ensure safety and compliance by monitoring adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
•Experience using computers.

•Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods in a shop environment.
