Job Summary

Lead and elevate the enterprise SRM function by defining SRM strategy aligned with corporate objectives and Vision 2030. Oversee the design and continuous improvement of SRM frameworks, supplier segmentation, risk and performance measurement, and business continuity. Manage executive relationships with strategic suppliers, run governance forums like Quarterly Business Reviews, and integrate SRM with procurement, risk, legal, finance, and operations. Build and develop a high-performing SRM team while driving value creation through cost, service, ESG, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and champion the enterprise-wide SRM strategy aligned with corporate objectives and Vision 2030 goals.
•Design, implement, and evolve SRM frameworks, policies, and tools; manage supplier segmentation, risk assessments, performance measurement, and business continuity planning.
•Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic suppliers and guide teams in executing joint business plans and initiatives.
•Facilitate executive forums (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, SRM steering committees) and advise leaders on governance models and decision frameworks.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the SRM team; drive value creation through cost efficiencies, service excellence, sustainability benefits, and ESG/digital transformation efforts.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of relevant experience in strategic supplier relationship management, procurement, supply chain management, or related fields in complex and multinational environments.
•Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
•Relevant professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPM (highly desirable).
•Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and suppliers at executive levels.
•Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
