Own the execution of the annual SOX compliance program, including designing and testing key controls, documenting control narratives, and driving remediation of deficiencies. Lead the risk assessment process and support program project management, partnering with Internal Audit and control owners to improve processes. Serve as a compliance business partner to management on SOX/internal control standards and utilize SOX metrics to track timely resolution across locations.
