Lead outbound logistics operations in Brazil, ensuring short-term demand and staffing plans, managing workforce schedules, and executing routine operational processes. Monitor deliveries and team performance through evaluations, feedback, and training referrals. Drive people management practices and cultural principles, optimize shift handovers and team allocation by demand, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities in collaboration with other areas. This role is based in Guarulhos/SP.
