Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and ensure short-term planning for demand and staffing for the area.
  • •Manage the team’s work journey by controlling lateness, absences, leaves, overtime, and the time bank, and deliver operational routine actions with excellence.
  • •Track deliveries and team development through evaluations, feedback, and directing the team to training.
  • •Ensure people management processes are followed and stay close to all levels by disseminating cultural principles.
  • •Standardize and optimize shift handover processes, ensuring proper operational communication and team division according to demand; identify improvement opportunities with other company areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete technical or higher education in Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or agile methodologies.
  • •Experience leading continuous improvement projects and managing change.
  • •Experience in high-demand e-commerce operations.
  • •People management experience for operational teams focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
