Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations, including documentation and reporting.
  • •Independently perform routine testing for material release (e.g., appearance, viscosity, pH, loss on drying) and standardized test methods for validation.
  • •Perform daily calibration verifications of testing instruments (including GC, GPC, Instron, scales/balances).
  • •Maintain lab housekeeping and safety, including cleaning, hazardous waste disposal, and ensuring instruments/workstations are properly maintained.
  • •Support sample handling and lab operations, including retain sample management, inventory upkeep, and preparation/handling of samples for internal/external testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 80,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required; AS in Chemistry (or related field) preferred.
  • •3+ years of Quality Lab experience if you have a High School Diploma, or 1+ year if you have an AS.
  • •Experience handling chemicals safely.
  • •Experience working with basic physical chemistry parameters (pH, pressure, temperature) in a good laboratory practices environment.
  • •Basic experience using calibrated instruments and executing calibrations independently.
