Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead implementation of environmental standards and improvement initiatives across LAO, GBO, and regional Gulf Coast pipeline assets; track program success using MOC processes.
  • •Ensure external regulatory requirements are implemented and drive performance improvement; streamline environmental resources and work processes.
  • •Perform compliance audits, targeted field assessments, and gap assessments; support environmental and special focus audits and assessments.
  • •Support incident investigations and corrective action processes for environmental issues and opportunities.
  • •Serve as a compliance lead for air permitting: submit air permit applications/renewals, negotiate conditions, calculate emissions and BACT impacts, and resolve Title V deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in a Science or Technical related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years involvement in air permitting, including application development and negotiating conditions/limits.
  • •Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
  • •Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.
  • •Preferred: a degree discipline in Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience.
