Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations for programs at the worksite and coordinate with other coordinators in larger facilities or organizations
  • •Lead long-term and short-term strategic planning and budget development to support business goals
  • •Develop and establish operating policies aligned with company objectives and ensure adequate execution and compliance with local rules and regulations
  • •Oversee operational phases, contractor schedules, contract negotiation and preparation, cost estimation, and risk management/legal documentation
  • •Lead the operations team, ensure staffing and daily opening/closing duties, coordinate with HR on resourcing, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position
  • •Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects to deliver on time
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes for quality and compliance
  • •Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills; strong leadership and communication skills
