Develop and implement compensation and performance management solutions as part of a fast-paced Total Rewards team. Streamline compensation operations through process improvement and automation, and maintain a global Compensation and Performance Management Playbook. Partner with HRIT and technical teams to enhance compensation software, integrate tools, and support Global Reward initiatives like salary benchmarking, internal equity, and focal compensation planning. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for cross-functional stakeholders.

•Optimize compensation and performance management operations by streamlining processes and implementing automation for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
•Develop and maintain a Compensation and Performance Management Playbook documenting policies, SOPs, and philosophy for global consistency.
•Collaborate with HRIT and technical teams to develop and enhance compensation software solutions.
•Integrate new tools and automate existing processes to improve data management and reporting.
•Support Global Reward initiatives including salary benchmarking, internal equity, market competitiveness assessment, and focal compensation planning.

Salary: USD 154,000 - 212,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with 8+ years of Global Rewards experience.
•Strong background in compensation analysis and business process management.
•High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and database management.
•Strong understanding of global compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
•Experience with Workday and Radford preferred.
