Ensure customers receive the right equipment at the right time using the proprietary T3 platform, resolve inquiries and complaints promptly, and help grow market share through new sales strategies and techniques that improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
•Build and expand relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating customers on how EquipmentShare can help them save and operate more efficiently.
•Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and keep customers up to date on ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
•Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and other communications.
•Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
