Key Responsibilities

•Complete the Retail Personal Banker I onboarding and education program, including rotations in operations and Sales & Service, and achieve certification at completion.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customers’ current and future financial needs.
•Develop and maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments for periodic financial reviews, and engage in cross-selling and outside sales activities.
•Process teller transactions and support the platform staff, including participating in the consumer loan and bankcard process from application through closing.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to use sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
