Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead IT strategy and AI enablement, partnering with executive leadership to define a prioritized IT roadmap and operating model aligned with business priorities.
  • •Lead and coach a small team delivering Tier 1–3 support; define outcomes, runbooks, end-user documentation, and self-service improvements.
  • •Own joiner/mover/leaver processes and the access lifecycle; manage core IT systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian) and business-critical platforms (NetSuite, Zendesk).
  • •Own devices end-to-end (procurement, onboarding, repairs, offboarding) and oversee office technology reliability (WiFi, conference rooms, AV).
  • •Implement endpoint controls, support security incident response, and contribute to audits and evidence collection (SOC 2 / ISO / PCI / SOX where applicable).
  • •Manage vendor relationships, IT budget, and end-to-end IT initiatives with measurable results.

Key Requirements
