Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for safe and profitable delivery of WG Kianda operating interests in Angola and achievement of monthly/annual targets.
  • •Provide leadership for HSSEA, technical and financial performance, including compliance with laws and Wood policies.
  • •Direct operational delivery and support teams to meet customer service standards, quality, integrity, and operational excellence.
  • •Own client interface, maintain customer relations and satisfaction, and participate in presentations and tenders to grow business.
  • •Manage budgets and succession planning for the Kianda management team, and lead local emergency response while coordinating audits/investigations as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of O&G industry experience, including offshore and onshore O&M with FPSO experience.
  • •Ability to engage authoritatively on FPSO, pipeline, and onshore O&G asset O&M and prepare/manage operating budgets.
  • •Project management experience and prior client-facing experience.
  • •Experience working within Africa (West Africa preferred).
  • •Proficiency in Portuguese or willingness to learn; PMP certification is desirable.
