•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and follow retail policies and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS with basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
