Job Summary

Support and optimize the deal lifecycle from quote to close by reviewing terms, auditing data between Salesforce and contracts, and building scalable Deal Desk processes. You’ll work with RevOps and Engineering to reduce errors, design runbooks, and create self-serve workflows that improve efficiency and data quality across the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day deal support and use it to raise the floor. Review in-flight order forms for non-standard terms and route exceptions before they hit Legal or provisioning; help guide quality standards and intake criteria.
•Turn post-close opportunity review into a systemic feedback loop. Audit closed-won deals for accuracy between Salesforce and contract data and surface reconciliation gaps before they hit billing or provisioning; diagnose root causes and drive upstream fixes.
•Build and own the Deal Desk operating system. Design and maintain runbooks, approval matrices, intake workflows, and deal-type documentation to enable self-serve by default.
•Contribute to the infrastructure that replaces workarounds. Translate operational pain points into structured input for engineering and RevOps to design preventive systems.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related commercial function, with direct experience in contract review, deal structuring, or order management.
•Salesforce proficiency — comfortable navigating Opportunity and related child objects, pulling reports, and spotting data quality issues.
•Systems thinker with a builder's bias; able to diagnose root causes and implement fixes that prevent recurrence.
•Comfortable operating in ambiguity and able to hold the current state while contributing to what replaces it.
•Clear cross-functional communicator who can close the loop with Sales, Legal, and Finance and produce concise summaries.
