Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise construction contractors’ supervision and manpower to ensure compliance with HSES policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures, and client requirements.
  • •Ensure contractors adhere to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Own HSES and quality responsibilities within assigned areas, ensuring work is completed according to the project schedule.
  • •Provide proactive support to the project team with assigned work as required.
  • •Drive technical excellence and assurance on the painting and insulation portion in close partnership with other disciplines and the client.

Key Requirements

  • •Vocation, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in civil or related field.
  • •Extensive track record managing Civil Construction activities including site preparation, piling, foundation, building, steel structure, testing, walk down, punch listing, reinstatement, and pre-commissioning.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience working on I Live Plant, Greenfield, and Turnaround/Revamp work for Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, power plant, or similar facilities.
  • •Good HSES awareness and commitment, including preparation of Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis, and Risk Assessment.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal & written).
