Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex trade promotion and rebate claims, ensuring accurate validation against contracts, pricing terms, and promotional agreements.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end trade spend process, including claim adjudication, settlement, and reconciliation activities.
  • •Investigate and resolve discrepancies, aged claims, and exceptions with cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
  • •Review and validate promotional data (e.g., EPOS, pricing, promotional plans) for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Manage trade spend accruals, including creation, reconciliation, and month-end true-ups in line with accounting policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with month-end close activities related to trade spend, including accrual management and reconciliations.
  • •Proficiency in English and Czech is required.
