Job Summary

Build strong relationships with customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually to understand banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions. Proactively follow up to identify customer goals, maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking (including digital and self-service) products, and deliver an optimal client experience. Open accounts, process service requests, submit credit applications, and collaborate with branch partners to support operational excellence and accuracy.
