Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, or detailed design analysis and develop them as per project scope, design basis, and McDermott procedures within schedule and budget
  • •Lead engineering teams and guide the discipline execution of the assigned work area to meet project requirements
  • •Prepare detailed design calculations, analyses, reports, and procedures for piping systems
  • •Coordinate with other departments and disciplines to ensure interfaces and deliverables are clearly identified
  • •Monitor KPI measurement results, manage resources, and provide piping discipline input into project schedules and execution plans

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • •15-20 years of piping engineering experience in oil and gas with major contractor
  • •Lead piping engineer on FEED/EPC projects with multi-office execution
  • •Detailed knowledge of Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design and related standards/codes (ANSI, ASME, API, BS, NFPA)
  • •Familiar with SP3D / E3D / Navisworks and modularization approaches
