•Participate in SAP HCM implementation, migration and S/4HANA conversion projects.
•Conduct customer workshops, gather requirements and develop solution concepts.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience
•Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA)
•Fluent German (written and spoken) – mandatory; good English language skills
