Key Responsibilities

  • •Review accruals and journal vouchers for accuracy/completeness, and check for omissions/errors in invoices and JVs.
  • •Approve accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices and ensure correct accounting allocation by divisions.
  • •Monitor and analyze monthly expenditure variances versus budget and forecasts; support explanations for overruns and supplementary budgets.
  • •Compile and analyze monthly expense variances and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to Corporate Accounts & Projects.
  • •Support annual budget and long-term projection exercises, rolling forecast activities, internal/external audits, and ad-hoc projects/IT system enhancements; provide guidance and monitor staff performance.
