Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, operate, and maintain assigned systems during satellite support, test, and maintenance activities.
  • •Initiate, direct, and verify completion of operational events during acquisition, tracking, and commanding functions.
  • •Perform Senior Contract Representative (SCR) duties as required.
  • •Maintain cognizance of station equipment status and perform COMSEC duties as required.
  • •Prepare daily activity logs in electronic systems and perform required systems administration on mission-related equipment, including assisting with repairs, alignment, and preventive maintenance inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Active SECRET security clearance, or higher.
  • •Must be a US Citizen.
  • •Minimum High School/GED.
  • •Must be able to climb high ladders, work on elevated platforms and antennas.
  • •Must be familiar with operating electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, signal generators, power meters, data analyzers) and able to read, write, and speak English.
